Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Salman Nasr Nesheli is an innovative leader with an MBA from the University of Tehran, bringing over 18 years of expertise in market development, strategic planning, and investment consulting. His career includes roles where he led teams, organized international mining events, and worked across various mining industries as a Market Development Manager and Strategy Planner. Salman’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven him to launch successful ventures, including Pars Neshel and two mining service start-ups, positioning him as a visionary in the field. His broad expertise in networking and business development equips him to lead Samin Clean Tech Metals into the Canadian market, driving growth and strengthening investor relations.
Sara Jalili
Chief Technology Officer
Ms. Sara Jalili is a Ph.D. graduate in Mineral Processing Engineering from Tehran Azad
University and a member of the Iranian Mining Engineering Organization. With over nine
years in the mining industry, she has excelled in research, laboratory projects, and the
implementation of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processing techniques. Ms.
Jalili’s previous roles include Technical Expert and Technical Officer, where she successfully
designed processing circuits for metals such as zinc, manganese, and cobalt. Her extensive
technical knowledge and project management skills make her an invaluable asset to Samin,
where she spearheads the development of innovative technology solutions that align with
the company’s environmental and business goals.
Banafsheh Gholami
Chief Operations Officer
With a Master’s degree in Agricultural Biotechnology from Imam Khomeini International, Mrs.
Banafsheh Gholami has over a decade of experience in high-level operational management.
She began her career as an Application Developer, gaining skills in programming and
problem-solving, before advancing to executive roles, including Chairman of the Board at
Yazd Alloy Steel Industries Co. Her exceptional people management, business acumen, and
strategic planning abilities enable her to oversee day-to-day operations and drive the
implementation of Samin’s business objectives. As COO, Mrs. Gholami ensures that Samin’s
operational procedures are effective, efficient, and aligned with growth strategies.
Elham Chabokdast
Chief Commercial Officer
Mrs. Elham Chabokdast, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Ershad Damavand, has 14
years of commercial and production management experience. She began as a Chairwoman
and Shareholder, later advancing to Production Manager and then to Commercial Manager,
where she supported project management with commercial strategies and contract
guidance. Her expertise in business development and stakeholder relations positions her as
a key player at Samin, where her negotiation skills and strategic planning will guide the
company’s commercialization efforts. As CCO, Mrs. Chabokdast is responsible for
implementing business goals and engaging with Canadian partners to advance Samin’s
market presence.
Mohammad Reza Chitsaz
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Mohammad Reza Chitsaz is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in managing international trade operations and driving business growth. He has excelled in overseeing import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing strategic warehouse and supply chain management practices. With a strong focus on fostering buyer-seller relationships and understanding consumer behavior, he has consistently enhanced brand loyalty and market presence. Renowned for his analytical and leadership skills, Mr. Chitsaz brings his expertise to Samin Clean Tech Metals, where he is dedicated to strengthening the company’s market recognition and driving its success in Canada.
